Last night, I was cited for a moving violation for riding my unicycle on the sidewalk at 3 am down Classon Ave. The ticket was for $10. The cop told me it'd probably be dismissed, but that I'd have to show up to pay the ticket anyway.
Good work officers.

I just have one question here. Would you consider a unicyclist to be a pedestrian or a vehicle? Many conflicting arguments occur between unicyclists and cops regarding this. According to one website, California law would propose that a unicyclist is a pedestrian. Regardless of this, even though I am not in CA, I have been considered a "vehicle" (being compared to a bicycle, a skateboard,) and have been asked to dismount.
